Staff at JoJo Boutique are celebrating after owner Jo Dennis won the Sussex Fashion Ambassador Award for 2012.

Jo received the award in recognition of her support for local designers, whose collections feature alongside better known brands on sale in the High Street shop.

“I’m thrilled to be Sussex Fashion Ambassador for 2012,” said Jo. “For these new designers, getting an opportunity to showcase their collections and to get such a positive reaction from our customers is hugely appreciated by them and rewarding for all of us.

“A few of the brands are being recognised nationally and it is great to be part of their success.”

Since opening three years ago, Jo and her staff have built a reputation for seeking out new and different designers, and giving friendly and honest advice to customers on what styles are right for them.

The store has also recently launched a new website where customers can buy online.
